Boat Rental Information

Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Reservations are required to rent. Walk-in rentals are not accepted. Rental time is 9:00am-5:00pm. Check-in starts as early as 8:00am.

Rentals on Monday - Thursday receive an automatic 10% discount. Active Duty Military receive 10% discount Friday - Sunday (please call for discount code before finalizing reservation).

Renters have the option to purchase rental insurance upon check-in. For more information on the insurance, please click on the link.

  • -All operators are required to be at least 25 years or older. A valid ID is required for all operators day of rental.

    -Maximum boat capacity for each boat type includes ALL persons aboard (including infants and children).

    -All persons who intend to be on the boat must be present at check-in. All persons must sign waivers before boarding the boat. Parents must sign waivers for any children under the age of 18 years old.

    -Per Colorado state law, all children who have not reached their 13th birthday must wear a Personal Floatation Device at all times. We recommend you bring your own, but will provide them to you if needed.

    -It is illegal to operate any boat under the influence of alcohol. If you will be drinking on the boat you must have a Designated Driver.

    -No pets are allowed on the boat. Service animals are permitted. Please identify them as such when reserving and checking in for your rental.

    -No barbeque grills or any open flames are allowed on the boat.

    -No gas cans or other containers that contain fuel of any kind are allowed on the boat.

    -No tubing, skiing, wakeboarding or any other type of towing behind the boat .

    -We do not provide coolers, but you may bring your own.

  • -A 50% deposit of rental amount is required when making a reservation. Reservations require a debit or credit card. No checks.

    -A $750 credit card damage and clean-up deposit is required at time of rental. Cash or check will not be accepted.

    -Listed rental rates do not include sales tax (3.9%) or fuel. You are required to pay for the fuel that you use at the end of the rental.

    -You are responsible for the boat once it leaves the dock. All damage that may occur while on the boat there after will result in an immediate forfeit of damage deposit at end of rental.

    -No shows on reserved boats will be charged full rental price against credit card on file.

  • A reservation must be cancelled 48 hours before you scheduled rental. Client will be charged a $15 cancellation fee and a full refund of 50% deposit collected. We can reschedule your reservation for no fee (must have new date at time of reschedule and must be in the same fiscal year as original rental).

    In cases of inclement weather at the time of you rental, you may reschedule your reservation (must have new date at time of reschedule and must be in the same fiscal year as original rental).

    Refunds will NOT be permitted due to inclement weather.
